Olivia began dancing at MelRoe’s at the age of 3. She has trained in many styles, including jazz, ballet, hip-hop, musical theatre, pom, etc. She danced and tumbled competitively with MelRoe’s for nine years. In high school, she danced on Varsity at St. Theresas Academy and then moved to dance on Varsity at St. Pius X, where she was named captain her senior year. She now attends Rockhurst University and has been captain of their dance team for 2 years, as they were named 5th in the nation at NDA nationals in 2024. 

Olivia is studying nursing and will graduate with her BSN, RN, in December. She will then work on a surgical intermediate floor at Saint Luke’s on the Plaza. She has also practiced pilates for 11 years and is on her way to becoming an official instructor this summer. She continues to train with her dance team, attending Pro Action in Las Vegas, College NDA camp, and many workshops throughout the year. She has worked with many instructors around the country, from training at conventions and choreographers brought in to KC. 

Olivia is super excited to be on the MelRoe’s staff and walk back into a place she has called home for many years.
